This is such a great cookbook! I went to dinner at a friends house and she used about 6 of these recipes that evening and each one of them was fantastic. I live in the SE corner of Arizona and we do love our tortillas here and honestly, this book has some of the best recipes and most unusual ones I've ever seen. I mean, who would have thought of sweet potatoes and cream cheese? But what a wonderful recipe that is, and then add the orange and onion salsa on it and it's worth fighting for! I've used it probably 4 times now and each recipe has been great tasting and well liked by everyone who has tasted them. This book won't leave my kitchen until I can't cook any longer!!!
I really loved this book, I love tortillas for any meal and they are great to use instead of bread. So when I saw a book on different ideas about filing tortillas, I just had to have it and the description just made it more enticing. I cannot compare this book to any other because no other book I have found has given instructions to make flour and corn tortillas as well as so many different ways to fill them. Perfect for making your own make ahead breakfast, lunch or dinners and freezing them for later. I premade them for all meals since we are always on the go and my grandkids would rather take them instead of buy school lunches.
