Fantastic info for anybody with or without a thyroid! Very helpful, indebt information and advise. This book helps with a lot of questions about thyroid issues. Not much info about bromine, a chemical additive in many products that inhibits iodine absorption in the body. Look up products and foods that contain Brominated Vegetable Oil (BVO), banned in most European countries. In USA this toxic chemical is widely used...this explains THE THYROID EPIDEMIC in the USA!! Most people have iodine deficiency=asking for thyroid problems. Read this book, take kelp (iodine) supplement, and stop undermining your thyroid health with dangerous foods like moutainndew! The thyroid solution book is your health bible!

The Thyroid Solution
This book gives a great deal of information to help you and your doctor to determine if your health problems are thyroid related. Information includes medications, diet and other means of balancing the thyroid and regaining health. It includes all ages of patients, a variety of problems that present as vague and yet when put together show the thyroid connection. It also clearly states that recovery takes time, months and sometimes years and encourages the patient to understand the delicate balance of the endocrine system so they will keep to the program. Well written but text book in form.
