This is a fascinating book. It was really hard to put down. It explains the nature of how subtle energy is exchanged between individuals and how people react to the world of energy because everything is made of energy. It helped me to recognize why and how negative forces are attracted to certain people and why negative energy is not necessarily bad. It because harmful when there is not an even exchange or recycling of energy. This book helped me understand so much. I will no longer think of all energy vampyres as bad people. I understand there are ethical vampires and unethical vampires just the same as people who have mal adaptive behavior. This book helped me to understand what to be on the lookout for and how to sheild and ground myself to protect from unethical energy sucking. This book also helped me to understand why I felt certain ways around certain people without having the words to describe the energy drain and the sick feeling I got.
