I wanted the Peter Sellers movie where at the end, commissioner Dreyfuss is in a wheelchair with a bazooka and shouts "Clousea, I will get you". he shoots the bazooka in the wheel chair atop a cliff and falls over the back edge from the recoil. The end sceen in this movie is Clousea and his friends breaking through a castle wall into a moat. It was OK, but I did not find what I was looking for. I am going to buy some more of these though!
