Outstanding book. I bought 5 extra for my children and grandchildren. Great easy recipes. Wonderful tips throughout. Ways to cook your market products. Indexed by vegetable. If you have the hard copy it will provide on the last page and back cover instructions on how to cook and how long various produce . You will eat most everything in that cookbook. It’s not a vegetarian cookbook. Just ways to put your vegetables into most thing’s you eat. Soft cover or hardcover. It’s great. Just a little more on last page and back cover on the hard copy. It’s small and perfect.

I bought this coodbook for my niece's birthday but I am going to buy one for myself also. The recipes are arranged by catagory and it is helpful to have all of the carrot or tomato recipes in one section. The pictures are beautiful and there are helpful hints about preparing and using each vegetable and fruit in the book. Taste of Homes cookbooks are known for good recipes using easily available and mostly "on hand" ingredients. I highly recommend this book for everyday meal planning.
Taste of Home always puts out some of the best cookbooks around. This one is no exception. With the help of readers, it celebrates seasonal produce. I also like the color photos that fill the book. With 302 recipes to choose from you can't go wrong. Another winner!
