I use this workbook in our Christ centered Life Recovery meetings. I personally have made changes to how I view and treat other people. In Christ's likeness is how I should walk and many times, have been hurt by the very Christians that "love the Lord". In recovery(12 step program), it was related to me, change people, places and things. This book shows me how to go about doing this. I no longer feel the need to drink, drug, get irate, be nasty to people, etc. I am learning that my Daddy God loves me unconditionally and that is how I should live my life, loving everyone as they are God's children also.
