After reading browsing through this book at the pool, I knew I had to have it. All the basics and a lot of advanced material regarding cycling and Lance Armstrong are covered, which helped me with several small aspects such as fitting my bike learning how to use heart rate training as an appropriate guide to increase my fitness and stamina. I personally can't find any cons from this book, except maybe finishing it and wishing there was more to read. For anyone looking for guidance on starting a cycling program or who is simply interested to learn more from Lance and Chris Carmichael, this book is for you.
