I bought this book because me future husband is a celiac, and I needed to learn how to cook for him. This book has enabled me to begin that process, and is helpful in converting my recipes by using products that are gluten free. It's a learning process and we've had some interesting results, and some that are very delicious. I appreciate the author's candid approach to gluten-free cooking, and her book has been a great help to me. I'm not so intimidated by learning this whole new process of cooking and eating with this gluten-free 'bible' at hand to guide me.

The book is full of good recipes that actually taste good. Our grandson is 8 and he likes the breads, disserts, and other dishes we have fixed. The book elininates most of the "hit and miss" searches for good food that is gluten free.
