I bought the gloriously gluten-free cookbook, because I have "Celiac Disease" and I know that this cookbook will be really handy for me when I have to make my food from scratch. I liked the fact that you can use many different vegetables in this cookbook, but I don't like the recipes that call for regular cow milk, because I am allergic to the cow milk. So, I will have to change the milk ingredients to either cocoanut milk or rice milk. This cookbook is the best for me over all the other regular cookbooks that I cannot use anymore.
My mom is fairly new to a gluten free diet, and this book had good looking recipes for her to try. Arrived timely.
