That cake on the cover looks good enough to reach in and eat! I usually judge most of my cookbooks by the cover. If I'm drooling, then buy it! It says there are 350 recipes inside so I chose a few to begin with. I'm a sucker for chocolate pudding cakes and always try to see if I can beat the best one I have a recipe for now. Yes, their recipe is over the top! There isn't any day that I wouldn't want a cookie, and the quadruple chocolate chip and ultimate chocolate chunk cookies will blow you away! How much chocolate goodness can you actually squeeze into a cookie and still leave room for the dough! There are recipes also for tarts and cobblers, bars, cakes, breakfast breads, puddings, custards and also holiday treats. Something for every sweet tooth.
Can't wait to try some of the recipe's in this book. I know George Geary and have taken desert classes from him. His Cheesecakes are out of this world!
