The book's author was on a national morning show. It sounded interesting. I checked it out at my local library. I decided that I wanted my own copy for future reference. It's a great book and fits my needs. The book was in excellent condition. Barbara
Excellent book. The entire philosphy makes sense. Jim's illustrations are easy to follow and the progression is clearly outlined. After much consideration, I'm going to give the program a try. I'm 56 years old and in need of serious strength training.
This book and its program make perfect sense. Instead of the cardio exercises that don't actually build muscle, this book shows you exercises that tone your body, build muscle and therefore burn more fat. Good eating program outlined as well. Needing to lose weight is the reason I bought this book. We all dislike working out and getting the exercises done, but know that a changed lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle. You either are on a good diet, or a bad diet. It is your choice!!
A interesting new approach to firming up healthier. Weight loss is a wonderful side effect. Highly reccomend this new easy to stick to diet.
