For a young couple, both working professionals just starting out together. Figured they might need some help getting the evening meal started and since they are also very busy socially it would help fix extra meals for the freezer. They can do the cooking together and make the mealtime more enjoyable.
I purchased this as a gift. It is in excellent condition. Has lots of informtion for the new married couple. It is one of the better books for the new couple. I have seen several and I would rate this in the top 10%.
I gave this book as a little joke at a bridal shower. The future husband is a chef at a fine restaurant. Book is fine. Lacks photos, though.
