"It's a hearty serving of meat and potatoes action adventure, just the sort of fare that both Ludlum's and Lustbader's fans relish." -- Publishers Weekly   "Lustbader remains a fine choice to fill Ludlum's large shoes, and he has delivered a work worthy of the Bourne legacy." -- USA Today

  • Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Legacy

At the beginning of the book, Bourne is at Georgetown University talking with Moira Trevor. Moira Trevor wants Bourne to be the head of security at their new liquid natural gas terminal in Long Beach, California. Meanwhile, Veronica Hart, a determined woman to get the DCI job, is on her way to the Oval Office to meet with the President of the United States, Luther LaValle (pentagon intelligence czar), and General Richard P. Kendall. Bourne and Moira go to a restaurant to eat something. While they're there, Bourne notices something strange about the experience. He feels there is someone watching him. He has Moira call himself on the phone, which is followed by him leaving the restaurant and waiting for his enemy to appear. When no one appears, Bourne then goes back into the restaurant to ...

  • Don't waste your time.

This is a very bad book, especially for true Bourne fans. If you loved Robert Ludlum's Jason Bourne, then you will absolutely hate Lustbader's attempt at the character. Aside from that, the book appears to be hastily written and your head will spin with all of the information you get hammered with that has no bearing on the story. In many parts, it is obvious that Lustbader tailored this book to ease the burden of writing it, and I wonder how much this author actually knew of the story. If you're not a big Bourne fan, you still won't like it because of the lack of life to the characters and the blatant mistakes that many of them make. As the title says, "Don't waste your time."

  • Ludlum is one of the best!

The book was in great condition. The Bourne series is so intriguing and very hard to put down.

  • The bourne legacy

I bought this book for my husband because he likes the Bourne books. He has read the first three, and when I discovered that a new writer was continuing Jason Bourne's "life" it seemed like a good gift. It is a very interesting book.

  • The Bourne Legacy by Eric Van Lustbader (2004)

Another great Bourne book....high on my list and a great read...Have read all of the Bourne books, this one of course co-written by Eric Von Lustbader because Robert Ludlum died before he finished it...
