Within the genre "That Man Bolt" goes as an excellent piece of film, there is everything one would expect to get and see, good enough script (nothing spectacular there but the story goes ok) and then there is the action and music plus the general 70's atmosphere that of course, comes naturally there. Much attraction adds the changing locations and because these type of films are somewhat low budget, the locations are real ones not studio reproductions which adds much to the feeling. Personally I prefer to see the real life and times than staged ones. My own reason to buy this film was the appearance of Teresa Graves, and I'm truly sorry she did only handful of films, she plays her part well as a cabaret singer (much of this is to do with the fact that she self can actually sing and is a brilliant performer plus a beautiful girl) but in the end she is just a side character here and she will be more in her own in the "Get Christie Love" television film (for which I hope the whole series makes it onto DVD one day).. But all in all, I'd recommend this film to anyone who likes the blaxploitation-genre and 70's crime movies in general, this film has everything one would expect, including lots of martial arts action which was so popular back in the day. If that's ones delight I wouldn't say this is the best movie to start with, the martial arts performed in blaxploitation & Western films in general isn't matching to the Asian counterparts - but goes well with the action nonetheless. The DVD itself lacks extras and I'd be happy to see more but it's very understandable that there might not be too much original bonus material available.Read full review
I purchased this product to add to my collection of movies from that era. The quality of the product was great, I would certainly buy from the seller again.
