The Laser Sight initially did not work on arrival, but after a while I discovered that it was just a poor contact between laser module and batteries. I wanted a laser sight mounted under the barrel and between bi-pod legs which were folding forward. For this setup only very compact device could be used and this model works perfect on my 9mm Benjamin Bulldog bullpup airgun. Laser has reverse polarization protection, which means that device cannot be damaged by reverse connection of batteries. If it doesn't work in one direction, simply reverse the batteries (all of them facing same direction) and check if set screws are firmly pressing against laser module made of solid brass. The two set screws on the head of laser serve dual purpose: to align laser beam with target and to supply ground to the body of module. I have a tendency to explore new toys more deeply, so I unscrewed the aluminum body (finger tight) and using miniature screwdriver loosened the rubber ring to pull out and examine the brass module. After finishing examination everything was easy to install back. The new laser looks great on gun and works very well.Read full review

Pros: Cheap Cons: 1) The laser sight comes without any instructions on how to install and tune. 2) The laser pointer is not parallel to the rail and points to the left. It cannot be tuned to the front using the allen key. Finally I have to insert a piece of plastic into the rail to fix the problem. 3) The inside wall of battery compartment is conductive. When you put the batteries in, the laser keeps on even without the switch. I have to wrap the batteries with tape.

Bought one of these, thinking it would be a great addition to my firearm(s).. just to find out the mounting system(design) IS so poorly made/ mis-matched it would seat properly on any firearm. Ended up using it for parts!! Pay the few extra bucks and purchase a name-brand laser. DON'T waste your money here!!!

I use this unit to help sight in my scopes by putting in a laser bore sight first and then dialing this laser sight in on the scope rails while my scope is also mounted, then it is much easier to zero in the scope and test shoot while using this laser sight as a general guide. I know that most just use the bore sight but this way gives me a laser dot sighted in to the bore sight as added accuracy.
