The book includes many recipes that are designed to be not only more healthy than ordinary food (they include less fat and so) but they are also tasty. We got this book out of curiosity but now we are using it on daily basis because of many interesting and tasty recipes (some are lighter variations of traditional dishes but some seem to be innovative). The ingredients are probably more typical for the California area but they are easily available. But many of the dishes can be a bit "hot" for people from areas like Central or Northern Europe.
