This book will help you live with MS
My wife has used her copy of this book for 3 years, and has had a major physical and mental transformation. As her husband of 43 years, about 14 of which officially diagnosed with MS, I cannot impress upon other MS patients to buy and use this book. We bought this book for a friend.

Diet plan not for us, but still worth a look
To be completely honest, we did not finish reading this book. Even though we did not have a lot of interest in the content, I still think that it is a good source of information and that an MS patient (or family member) should read this or another diet book.
