Extremely good value, a critical difference between surge elimination provided and and surge suppression (see SurgeX YouTube videos), switched and unswitched rear outlets add flexibility (unswitched outlets are actively protected while switched outlets are turned off), single rack space saves room, a unit built to last in pro setting.

A must have when running sensitive AV equipment, have not had a single hum or buzz on commercial passive PA after initial testing. Have yet to operate unit with high or extended loads at this time but judging by build quality it will do the job. Side note: SurgeX support is AWESOME I purchased a unit without a jumper (needed between pin 1 and pin 2 if not using remote control) and failed to spot the solution in the manual found online. The representative was prompt and knew exactly what to do. Overall would recommend if this suits your requirements and budget.

Don't waste time with other power conditioners. This is real pro-audio no BS stuff. Have two of these in my stereo system. For some reason you can get them used for a fraction of the retail cost. The MSRP on this one is I believe $799. The rule of thumb is if you can pick it up with one hand it's just a power strip. This baby is no one hander. Just find one and buy it. Forget Furman or Monster etc

I have two of these in my house. It's an older home and don't have the cleanest AC signal. This cleans it up nicely. My power hungry amps are happier too. I also feel safer with these protecting my stereo equipment from lighting.

Great product, solved my inrush current problem. Hopefully it protects the gear too :)
