I bought this TV for my 12 volt system off my charge controller. I am very pleased with the ease of the set up and quality of the picture. I would have given a 4-1/2 stars because the sound is a little tinny (sp), but what can one expect in this size TV. I would recommend this to anyone wanting one for a set up like mine, RV or travel use.

This may be a smaller T/V DVD combo, but buddy it is absolutely huge on quality! The picture is vibrant and so clear. I was pretty skeptical and kept putting purchasing it, off. I finally took the plunge after comparison shopping. The DVD is fantastic, once again, super clear picture and the colors are vibrant. I read the sound wasn't so great. I did not find this at all. It gets pretty loud. I wouldn't turn it up pass the 1/2 point. I wanted this for my bad weather, hurricane back up. It is perfect for this. So light weight that I can carry it with ease. If someone wanted a really super volume due to background sounds, just add a small sound bar. You don't need one unless you are, maybe at a tailgate party or something. The company who sold this is incredibly kind and very involved in the care of their customers. You will not be sorry if you get this, you may seriously regret it, if you don't.
