You have read this book to the end. When I first started this book, I thought this would be a good read for some of my family members who are are not as knowledgeable in nutrition as I am. As I read it I thought ok, this stuff is pretty known to me already as I had already adopted a healthy way of living. Then as the book goes on, I was surprised by how many studies and trials that he references in the book to back his studies up. It was so interesting that I finished the book in only a few days. He really knows his stuff and It is a good easy read. If you know of anyone who has cancer or other major disease. Then it is most certainly worth a read. I believe it could save your life.

I bought this book as a follow-up on a previous book by Joel Fuhrman, "Eat to Live." Both of these books are excellent resources on good nutrition, and its importance in disease prevention and recovery, feeling great, and losing weight. I have had no colds or sinus infections since implementing these dietary changes, although I was previously highly susceptible to both of these annoyances. This book has changed my life, and I tell everyone about it. Although I had pretty healthy eating habits before, I am upgrading. In this book, Dr. Fuhrman tells us exactly what happens, at a cellular level, when we eat certain foods, how the body responds to either the good nutrients or the bad junk. It is incredibly enlightening and ought to be required reading for every American. He does not promote a fad diet. He promotes eating super healthfully.
