This is not just a vegan cookbook. This is an overall maintaining a healthy lifestyle with the proper food, exercise, alternatives to the "meat" way of thinking. How to shop in a supermarket and plenty of explanations about the different ingredients that make a meal. Great book. Easy recipes. Recipes that don't take forever to fix. A perfect book to add to any vegan library whether you are a student or not. All meals...breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, entrees, etc.
As a vegan college student, I love this cookbook b/c the recipes in it are fast & easy. It doesn't make me feel like I have to be a pro to make something good. I would def. reccomend it to other vegan college students!
ok, so I wanted some ideas for some vegan meals.They had to be quick and easy to follow. This book was a big help. Only downside, wish it came with more recipes. Great starter book.
This book has a fatal flaw. College students don't typically have great cooking utensils are good kitchen appliances. Some of the recipes are killer though.
Every recipe that I have tried so far out of this book tasted fantastic (to a non-foodie college student), weren't too complicated, and didn't take to much time to make. Just what I was looking for.
