In the non-revised edition that I accidentally purchased on Ebay; I thought it was a joke at first. The pictures are drawn but a 6 year old. All of them. I could hardly make out what they are supposed to be. Get the revised version. This non revised one should have never been put on the market.

A wonderful companion to Bauer's book The Story of the World. We love her literary suggestions to complement the her Story of the World book. We use her workbook pages for my children to make their own Story of the World. Since we do not homeschool, we do not use all of her wonderful activity ideas. They are plentiful and very creative, and we wish that there was more time to utilize them.
This is a great product for hands-on history. My kids love to get involved in making things that existed "way back when". This book gives you so many ideas that you couldn't possibly do them all. I also like the maps because my kids realize what part of the world we are learning about. We plan to do the next 2 volumes in the coming years.
Love this book!!! Great activities to correspond with the text, Story of the World. Good information. Good resources and book lists. I am very pleased with this book.
This book is a great addition to reading through the book. My kids are enjoying the projects/crafts.
