it is a good quality product. However, it didn't stop my snoring. I believe it is supposed to work in combination of the mouth piece and the head strap. The mouth piece mold is supposed to hold your bottom jaw from sliding down by keeping the bottom front teeth aligned with top front teeth, this helps prevent your tounge from sliding back obstructing the air flow causing you to snore; and the strap is to keep your teeth biting on the mouth piece. However, it did not work for me because my bottom front teeth kept sliding out of the mouth piece mold thus my bottom jaw kept sliding backward which of course made me snore agqain. Oh well, it was worth the try. Reading others reviews, it seems like it worked for others.

Got the "Pair" recently. The chin strap will not stay on my head - I have seen other designs that might work better for me. The mouthpiece works pretty well for me - better than some other mouthpieces I have tried. I rate the mouthpiece pretty good.

The mouth piece makes it difficult to swallow due to the size. You wake up strangling and coughing. Together with the head strap, it's difficult to breath. If you do get comfortable enough to go to sleep, you are awakened by your coughing. Long night.
