I bought this product to use for a workout and it is fun, fast and exciting. You learn dance moves and work out all parts of your body and it is simple so that you learn. There are no dislikes but I enjoyed it very much.
It a good video, I just wish they went through movements faster. None the less the video works for a good workout.
