This book deals with many aspects of healing. I like the fact that Dr. Weil has training in all areas of which he presents information on healing. He was a Harvard trained physician who has sought out several types of alternative healing practices and has many recommendations about what works and why. There is a wealth in information on illness and recovery and an eight week plan on preparing your body for the possibility of spontaneous healing. I would recommend the book to anyone who is open to actively pursuing health and wellness and taking responsibility for their recovery.
