These did work for the Sony SS-U6033, but they seem to be generic for 12" woofers. The outer edge had to be trimmed significantly to fit the speaker frame. Glue was not quite enough, but I had some extra from a previous purchase. The surrounds seem to be made of very durable foam rubber. They do not look like they will ever degenerate in my lifetime.
