Aside from the being a great movie, Some Kind of Wonderful offers an absolutely wonderful soundtrack. It features some hard to find songs, that are worth the listen. The tracks will definitely remind you of the scenes from the movie - Stephen Duffy's "She Loves Me" when Keith and Watts do a practice 'kiss' , the March Violet's "Turn to the Sky" on that scene where Watts goes to the bar and spills her feelings on the clueless Keith, and of course, the end credits song "I Can't Help Falling In Love" by Lick the Tins. What I especially like is Furniture's "Brilliant Mind" - it sounds much like the new wave hits at that time, with a nice rhythmic beat that makes you feel the song. It's one of those nice 80s tracks that never got enough airplay , but a classic nonetheless.Read full review
I was a little disappointed that the ENTIRE soundtrack was included, but nevertheless, it's a wonderful soundtrack, and this compilation has all the best songs. The disc and case quality is pristine, not a scratch to be seen. Very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased this CD for the Flesh for Lulu song I Go Crazy and feel in love with the whole CD. While listening to it, I can picture each section of the movie that that particular song was played. Brings back good memories of such a great movie!
Good music from the 80's. Love the John Hughes films/ soundtracks!
