The title is misleading calling it a ".22-Mag" scope and not include 3/8" tip-off rings of which over 90 percent of the rimfire rifle of the world are equipped with 3/8" receiver grooves and not drilled for standard ring bases. Thought the scope is of good quality for a rimfire rifle, the rings sent with it are regular "weaver/Picatinney rail based type and are therefore unusable with my .22 rifle. I will therefore have to purchase a set of Weaver 3/8" tip-off rings in order to mount the scope.

The scope itself is great for the value, although not having BDC is a minor drawback. I've shot out to 175yds and maintained a decent group! 50 yds is an easy 1" grouping. Very easy windage and elevation adjustments, no tools needed! Great little scope, just the additional cost of a good mount/ringset was a setback

Left/right adjustment has no noticeable click while up/down does. Direction arrows and text are hard to read, they are just molded into the black knob: they need to be contrasting color. Optics are clear but there is some distortion around the edges. Adjustments seem to be quite accurate. Focus works good. No noticeable parallax error at 50 yards.

Good little scope for plinking and the fine cross hairs make it a good choice for squirrel hunting. Clear vision and objective lens parallax was easily adjusted to fit my eye. The only reason it is receiving only 4 stars from me is the rings ( mounts ) aren't very good quality and tend to loosen after just a few shots, even with the light recoil of a .22 caliber rifle. The rings did NOT fit the scope tube properly and have a significant gap between the upper and lower halves of the ring. The rings did however fit the grooved receiver snugly. All in all it would rate 5 stars with better rings. Good value for the money.
I have. bought 7 of these scopes, either in 40 mm (5), or 32 mm (2, including this one) and have had great results with all. I have used them on my high powered pellet rifles, and they have held up great to the recoil associated with such rifles, and both of my 22LR rifles as well. I would recommend these scopes to anyone looking for a good quality scope for either a pellet rifle, or a Rimfire 22LR. The adjustable objective feature makes this scope great for a clear sight picture at as close as 10 feet, and as far out as 75 yards! (although, I have shot out to 100 yards frequently with the 40 mm model with great results). I love these great scopes!
