This is a surprisingly well-written autobiography on a notorious NHL tough-guy. Domi comes-off as a class-act, a respectable man of scruples. If you are looking for a justification of fighting in hockey, this is not it. The ethics of fighting itself is not discussed, though the events often leading up to them are explored. Domi's background and respect for his upbringing is admirable, equally so his efforts to pass along those same values now to his own children. Old-school pundits of hockey will especially appreciate his insights and backing details. Domi does not bad-mouth those he was at odds with, nor does he expound upon his divorce. He seems respectful of other's privacy, something celebrities have trouble dealing with. And it was refreshing that foul language was kept to a minimum, making this book more readable than most books about hockey. Some readers will find the background info surprising!Read full review
