Great product. Really like the idea of being able to lift the cannister or handle off the heavy lower vacuum and go down stairs safely. Good for vacuuming the inside of a vehicle with lots of suction. Could not believe how much debris it picked up the first time I used it. Yes, it was used and has a few scratch marks on the lower part, but it works like a brand new vacuum. Really like how easy it moves on the floor, whether it is carpeted or laminated flooring. A very good product.

Great price for this and arrived as described, but the suction is so powerful that the vacuum will not budge on my area rugs even with the suction decreased as far as possible. However, it glides across my basement carpeted in the cheap office type carpeting & does a great job with that.... I'm not going to return it $80 for a brand new shark lift away

Love this Shark. Love the tilt control that gets under my platform bed with no problem. Nice long cord. Company should have had the cord that is attached at the bottom, put on the left side. I just drape the cord over the plastic piece that the cord winds around when you put it away. Then it's not so easily stepped on. The attachments cannot be docked on board the vacuum. Only one item can. It has great suction. The suction is controlled by a dial on the handle. It works fine, but there is no height adjustment in case people want to know this.

The color was darker gray than what came with the vacuum. No big deal. The swivel on my vacuum was glued to the housing. Just the 2 screws would have sufficed. Anyway, I tried some heat to no avail. I cut a criss cross through the plastic with a hacksaw and it easily came apart. First off when you start unassembling, remove the seven screws. Pull the back part of the housing back and push the front forward slightly. Pull the plastic apart gently to make sure not to break the plastic. It requires a strong upward pull, leave the silver pole in place to get better leverage but be careful there are 3 wires running from the power switch. Once apart remove the 2 screws that attach the swivel to the housing. Attach new swivel and reassemble be careful of the wires.
