Good story, good photography, good acting. In particular, Wes Brown did a spectacular job of portraying the lead character - a keen, no-nonsense, intense man who had sense of survival and sense of heart. The way his eyes drilled into the other characters was formidable. I've seen him act in more recent romantic films but they are not noteworthy. He is capable of so much better, as this movie proves.

Use to love the old fashioned Westerns - before the TV series started which were okay. The Westerns that you knew what was going to happen - that bad guys were causing all sorts of trouble and a mysterious "hero" was going to appear and take care of all the bad guys and all would be good again!! This movie has it all plus a little "trick" that the hero uses that is a funny surprise!! Wes Brown is the hero and one of my favorite actors in many of the Hallmark movies - found out about this movie through a posting of his!! Really enjoyed it and glad I found it!!!!!!
