Designed for the Kinect motion-sensing camera, Once Upon a Monster has youngsters helping Cookie Monster and Elmo solve a series of problems for their fellow monster friends. The game is structured like a storybook, with each chapter devoted to an individual monster and his peculiar predicament. Through hands-on activities, players will make new friends, cooperate, confront fears, and learn about the similarities and differences that make others unique.<br><br>As players engage in the story, they will sway from side to side to avoid obstacles, jump over items, flap their arms to fly, play instruments, blow out candles, and perform rhythmic motions that correspond to an onscreen character. In addition to Cookie Monster and Elmo, popular characters Grover and Oscar will make appearances along with all-new monsters. Drop-in and drop-out cooperative play is also supported, allowing parents, siblings, or friends a chance to share in the activities.

Bad Buyer - Shipped within 24hours, demanded a discount or they would leave bad feedback (as they did). Was Upset I wouldn't give discounts on other items, even no issues - emailed over and over - we had to block. Never had a customer like this before.

    Love it!

    My 3 year old son loves this game! We rented it one day from Blockbuster and played it that night. From the moment I turned it on, he was hooked. I love how the game is set up like a story book and the players become a part of the story. It is so interactive and helps build confidence and imagination skills. A must purchase for any parent of a toddler or small child.

    Good value for the money, gets the kids moving

    My yhree year old and my ten year old both enjoy the game. the older one has to do most of the work, but the younger one enjoys hearing the charaters and watching the animation.

    The game is fun, and educational

    I had received a kinect and i wanted this game for my grandson to play wiith. my grandson was very interested on the game, althought is hard to have a 3 year old still to play. this game very educational.
