I just purchased a new bow. Up till now I was using a pro injector release with my 30 yet old PSE I was looking for a release on that same type style and found the Scott release. I purchased two for an Elk hunt this coming Sept. I like the style, the trigger and arrow release is smooth and the feel and fit where extremely close to what i'very used the past 30 yes. I would recommend this release for accurate arrow placement. Living in Wisconsin i'very used this release in rain and snow the past three weels and this week in the 70 degree it works flawless in any situation.

I have just about every kind of release you can imagine. I've tried them all. From the high dollar Stans, to the Truball , Trufire, and on and on. When this release got here in the mail. I grabbed it out of curiosity and headed out to shoot. I have a Scott Exxus that I like extremely extremely well. But I picked this release up. And right from the start. Was drilling with it. Consistently. And that's the big thing. Being able to repeat. Time and time again. Over and over. I'm positive of this release. Just a few mins after using it. I know this release will work for me. It just feels right. It comes set with a light light trigger. And in my opinion. It's gone be a good release. And most likely. My number one release. I picked this release up. My first 10 shots were right on the money. I had to start shooting at different bullseyes. To keep from tearing my arrows up. I tell you folks. If you shoot a hand held release. Give this one a try. First of all. Scott, without a doubt. Is hard as heck to beat. Give it a try. It may not be for everyone. But if you give it a chance. I think you will like it.Read full review

It's realy nice and like all Scott releases great quality, but the only downside is getting used to shooting with gripping the release, but it makes up for it by instantly releasing and breaking away from the d loop I prefer crisp releases like this because it removes more of the human error of perfection every time you squeeze the trigger, all around the release is amazing, I have a tru fire hardcore wrist strap release, that I have used for a long time and it has been by far my favorite and most accurate release because of the crispness of the trigger, try this one out I was for sure surprised, I'm a guy who likes quality equipment, I got a Hoyt faktor turbo, decked out with long range single pin slider sights and a 14 inch stabilizer, and a quad rest trust me I know quality equipment when I use itRead full review

I wanted to try a release aid without a wrist strap that was still controlled by the index finger. The Scott caliper release is exactly what I was looking for. The release is comfortable in my hand and I was able to adjust the trigger to my liking.
