The USB stick shipped formatted in FAT32, I connected it to my Mac and uploaded the music I wanted. Then plugged it into my 2009 Honda Pilot and it just worked. No reformatting required. And it holds tight in the car's USB (the main reason I was looking for this shorter form factor) The write speed has been pretty impressive with USB3. Didn't do any benchmarking for I only need to update content occasionally on this USB stick.

I just have no idea why they build a such fast pd that is capable of 90 mbps write speed in a such small form factor that it gets throtled after 5 seconds and drops down to 20 mbps. Why didnt they build a nice little heatsink on it, or a metal case that can dissapate the heat? It's a pitty. However the 140 mbps read speed is still freaking amazing :)
