I love this phone! I've now bought seven Galaxy S3 smartphones, for use by people from 10 to 78 years of age. My 10-year-old uses one of them for educational games. The most recent one I purchased was for my mother (78). I like the fact that it has a simplified home screen option so it's easier for her.

The people gave me a phone that's broken. I emailed them and they didn't do anything to help me. I'm stuck with a stupid phone that doesn't work. Please make sure you know what you're doing before you order from here!!!

I LIKE THE LARGE SIZE OF THE PHONE, RING VOLUME SEEM TO BE BETTER THAN SOME HTC, BATTERY LIFE IS NOT AS BAD AS THE HTC ANDROID PHONES I OWN, BUT IF YOU USE IT A LOT, LIKE SURFING THE WEB YOU WILL NEED TO CHARGE THE PHONE THAT AFTERNOON, I PREFERRED THE ON / OFF BUTTON ON TOP OF THE PHONE, THIS PHONE IT ON THE SIDE AND EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO TURN SCREEN ON TO USE PHONE YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL NOT TO HIT THE VOLUME BUTTON ON THE OTHER SIDE. I ALSO THOUGHT I SEEN INFO THAT VOICE COMMAND WAS A MAIN SELLING POINT, FOR USING THE PHONE AND CALLING PEOPLE IN YOUR PHONE BOOK, IT'S NOT AS EASY AS A OLDER PLAN JANE MOTOROLA PHONE I OWNED, OR THE HTC MY TOUCH 4G. AND MY BIGGEST PET PEV, ALL APPLE AND ANDROID PHONES ARE OVER PRICE IN COMPARISON TO BUYING A 15 INCH LAPTOP COMPUTER, I KNOW WERE ALL GETTING RIPPED OFF.THIS PHONE IS JUST BETTER THAN SOME OF THE OLDER PHONE BECAUSE OF SIZE AND SPEED.Read full review
I bought this Samsung galaxy 3 off a fellow who was upgrading to a galaxy 5. this phone is a very nice size and the graphics are very clear and sharp, like the Samsung tv. the camara/video takes really nice pics ,I can hear very clearly on this phone comparing to my old galaxy exhibit. and is very responsive when on internet or going through apps. I am very pleased with this phone and would recommend it to anyone.
I've had this phone for 6 weeks and it came with Ice Cream Sandwich. It had some flaws that I was disappointed in. (i.e. voice recognition only rarely 'recognized'). but nothing so bad as to have to return the phone. Last week they released Jellybean and I was alerted to update my software, which I did. What a mistake that was. Now my emails all arrive 'grayed out'....or I should say, 'blued out', as they now come with a blue font on a slightly lighter blue background, as opposed to the dark font on a white background the previous software had. The read ones are darker still, making it even more difficult to find and re-read an old message. I called tech support and they referred me to Samsung, who referred me to Google. As you may know, Google is impossible to reach by phone or email so I'm in the process of writing them, which I'm sure will do nothing to resolve this issue. Never one to give up, however, I took my phone into a T-Mobile store to make sure my settings were correct. The person who looked at it had never seen Jellybean on a phone before and tried everything he could to correct the issue. When he couldn't get it to display any better contrast, he enlisted the help of the store manager. She took a look at my emails and said that hers were the exact same way and there was nothing that could be done about it. When the original sales person saw her blue emails, he expressed how happy he was that he hadn't yet updated his phone and said that after seeing ours he never would. If it weren't for this one glaring defect, this would be a 4 star review, especially since Google Voice recoginition has improved considerably with this update.. If you rely on your phone for heavy email use as I do, better beware.Read full review
