The range of temperature on the induction burners perform well, to adjust to the desired heat setting. Simmering vegetables and cooking bacon both came out very well for me using cast iron cookwear. The glasstop is easy to keep clean. The double oven using a partition is very efficient and practical. Preheating of a single oven space takes much less time and still let's you bake or roast most everything. I like the chef cook function and the favorite dish programs for récipes I do often. I used it to bake bread at 500F and chicken at 375F. Both came out very well and temperature seems true. The user's manual is easy to read and use and is pretty detailed. The only bad thing, and I was very surprised to discover it, is the lack of timers to control the induction burners. This is a huge and incomprehensible missing feature that Samsung should fix. All but entry level induction cooktops in Spain and France have timers. Also, what's with no cord on a 2700$ range?!, come on Samsung.Read full review
