I got this after being used to the Samsung Intensity line of phones, first a 2 and then a 4, and this is pretty similar except with a touch screen, size wise it is a little bit small;er than the intensity 4, (just by a smidge) but it has a much better camera which I am happy with. A minor complaint is that I am limited to only 3 alarms with no apparent ability to add more, but overall, I've had the phone for a couple weeks and pretty happy with it so far.

Last of the feature phones - before smart phones, but with many bells and whistles that newer phones have. OK for most email checking, but not for internet browsing because today's tech has left this phone's tech behind. I use three of them on my account, but none have data packages. The keyboard is a nice feature. Just large enough screen to enjoy pictures and multimedia texts. I rate it 4 stars on based ONLY compared to feature phones - not smart phones. Compared to smart phones it may not reach 1 star...
I bought the Reality phone as I wanted a touch screen with no data plane,I don't need the internet.I do like my phone now that I have learned how to use it. The volume isn't as loud as I was used to with my other phone but am getting used to it now.My old phone I had had for three years so I really needed a new and wanted to try a touch screen and I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want the internet but you can also get internet on this phone if you wanted. Thank you!
This is my second Reality. The first one was stolen. It does take some getting used to as far as programming, and using the file system on the optional disk. But all in all, this phone will serve your needs quite well. I especially like the qwerty keyboard for texting. I have read of others having problems, but none of those have I encountered. I like the volume on both the internal speaker, speakerphone and headphones. Nice and loud. When I first bought the phone, I bought a BodyGlove for it. Highly recommended, as I have dropped my phone a few times, no scratches or dents. The touch screen works well, however if you have fat little fingers you could have some difficulty with some of the icons. Luckily, I don't. Overall a great phone.
I used my U820 for almost 3 years. It's a good step between a smart phone and a standard phone because it has a lot of the apps you would use on a smart phone already built in. It can use Twitter, Facebook (limited), YouTube, email programs, and the net. It's only 3G, but it gets the job done. I loved the phone so much, that after 4612 calls totaling 349:48:22, I purchased another one. At this point, you can score one at a very reasonable price. The only quirk with this phone is the touchscreen. It's a small screen and the screen gets beat up and scratched even with a screen protector. This causes some issues with the touch screen where you want to touch something, but miss. Overall this is a great phone for someone who has never had a smart phone and isn't sure if one is right for them. Buy them up now used while you can and use it with no contract for awhile and see what you think!Read full review
