Reliable able to use and has clear speech. Enjoy the voice commands on the bluetooth, also can connect to computer and anything that has bluetooth capabilities. Only thing that is the problem is if you have a big ear it want feel comfortable around your ear. I would say use it without the ear hook thingy. It streams music real well.

I had a previous samsung earpiece (HM1900) that functioned well with my SGH T-399 Samsung Galaxy Light small sized smartphone: I could make calls with the earpiece by voice commands and it interfaced very well with the phone. The problem was that it did not play very loudly, often I could barely hear it at full volume, and if there was any background noise it became impossible to hear anything. The HM6000 solves the audibility problem very well, indeed: it sounds extremely clear, compensates its volume automatically so I can rely on hearing my callers in background noise environments, and it even transmits music (when I am placed on hold) almost hi-fi; but it will not properly transmit voice commands to my phone as did its predecessor. I can answer calls and end calls with the button, but have to make calls directly on the phone, which is a big inconvenience, since I got used to the voice command ability on every other (older, obsolescent) headset I have ever owned. I figured that with a new Samsung headset mated with a fairly recent Samsung smartphone, I would certainly have no interface problem, and the headset is obviously planned to do the voice commands (it has a sultry but quite sullen sounding female voice prompter) but it does not work. When I read an array of reviews prior to purchasing this headset, this was a very common complaint, and from owners of some pretty fancy smartphones. So I am no exception. I wish Samsung could fix this defect. Otherwise, it is a very nice device.Read full review

I like the audio quality of this Ear Hook Headset very much. The clarity is excellent on both incoming and outgoing calls but two parts of the design needs improvement, the earhook attachment can break very easy and the power switch should be on the outside not the inside which makes it inconvenient. The headset has to be removed to turn the power on and off but otherwise it is an overall good headset.
This headset arrived fine. The first few days, the earpiece stem that has the little speaker kept coming out and dangling by the wires. It was not worth the shipping fees to send it back, so after pushing it securely back in place, I used a tiny bit of super glue to hold it. If I ever need to take it apart, acetone should work. Since then it has worked fine. Sound is good, volume control good. It lasts me all day on a single charge, whereas my phone needs charged by evening. One feature I really like is that it talks to me. If I walk off and leave my phone lying around, and I get about twenty feet away, the headset tells me that my device has been disconnected and I go and find my phone. What I do not like is that if it disconnects because I have gone too far from the phone, if I do not come back immediately, it does not re-connect unless I do it manually.Read full review
I had bought a new bluetooth and the rigid hook immediately broke. This replacement works great - it is flexible and very comfortable. This product is for a larger diameter hook attachment and perfect for my product. Ten seems like overkill, but for the price I now have a lot of spares!
