It seems like Samsung took a few steps forward from the Galaxy S5, while sacrificing some features that I really liked about the previous version, probably to compete with the newer iPhones in terms of size and weight. First, the bad. -no micro-SD card slot/expandable hard drive -non-removable battery -3.5mm audio jack moved from top of the phone to the bottom, near the charging port -battery life ok, but barely improved from the S5 -still no flash for front-facing camera However, this is still an overall great phone. The screen resolution is amazing. Rear camera is excellent, with more natural-looking flash photos. Startup time is greatly improved (less than 30 sec). Speed overall is much better. Seems to connect more readily to WiFi and Bluetooth devices. Android Lollipop operating system is excellent. If you can afford it, you should go with the S7, which corrects many of the S6's shortcomings. But for the price, it's a great phone.Read full review

It is amazing that so much tech can be in such a small package. I do wish the power button had been positioned on the top right and not on the side. Just holding it makes it too easy to mistakenly turn it off. As time goes on I will (hopefully) learn more about the available features.

I'm still familiarizing myself with this phone. I do like the size and graphic appeal. Power button and volume buttons are mistakenly pressed when grabbing out of my pocket or purse. ....and notification sounds are sometimes missed due to volume decrease which I hit inadvertently.
