Would reconsider my decision to buy it.
I had to go through a learning curve on this phone, but it got easier. Seems to be a very high-maintenance unit since the battery life is really bad. Had to sync the battery with the phone and this is time consuming with minimal results. To get any battery life at all I had to: turn off everything like wifi, gps, dim the display, etc., then purchase extended life batteries, then purchase an external battery charger to keep 2 batteries going at one. I have yet to turn anything back on so I don't know how that will be on the battery life. Feel it's not the most dependable unit. I like a phone I can fully charge, use what it has to offer and be able to depend on it to not have a dead battery all the every 3 or 4 hours.

Decent entry smartphone for the price, but definitely showing it's age.
Vibrant is still a pretty decent/usable smartphone but it's showing it's age. Most apps run fine, although some of the latest games like Angry Birds Star Wars doesn't work on the older OS. However, it does take a long time to move apps from apps folder onto the home screens (30 secs per app). 3G is fast enough for web browsing and most of our app downloads take place at home over WiFi. Battery life is better than my HTC Sensation 4G and speaker phone volume is very good and screen is plenty bright. Overall, very usable for the price, but I would rather have gotten the next level up 1st generation Galaxy S 4G for the newer OS and faster processor, albeit less memory.

A bit disappointed
I have a Samsung Galaxy Vibrant but it won't charge anymore. I like the phone, especially one particular features (the option to reject calls and maintain a call reject list) so I purchased a similar phone. I was very disappointed that the new phone did not come with that feature. As a result, I use the new phone to charge the battery and continue to use my old phone. I thought all Samsung phones had this feature.

love it could be better but i love it!!!
its operating system is 2.2 so you cant get certain apps but i love this phone :) I believe its a great phone for everyday use! the image is clear and vivid though it sucks that it doesnt have a camera flash :( overall though its worth it ^-^
