This wireless charger works great on my Samsung S7 Edge. It charges extremely fast. I think it charges as fast as the plug-in charger that the phone came with. I bought this product because my charging port has broke and the cost to repair outweighs the cost of the phone and this was a great solution

I can't begin to tell you what a relief it is to have this wireless charger, compared to relying on the micro-USB connection. My previous two fast charges (wired) wore out or began to have connection issues due to the harsh use of constantly plugging/unplugging, wire bending, etc. My phone (Note 5) stopped charging consistently unless I could bend the wire just right, and that wasn't always sufficient. Since using the wireless fast charge pad, it's like having a brand new device again. The fast-charge feature actually fast-charges again! So convenient to just simply lay the device on the pad and it charges instantly, consistently--every time. Works with my protective case on too. Great charger. I will always use one of these moving forward with any future smart phone purchases.

Supposedly charges more slowly that direct through cable but I don't see a lot of difference. Must be reasonably centered on pad, and if your case is thick you may have issues. But it really is convenient and saves wear and tear on your jack if you're a heavy user.

My new Samsung smartphone supports wireless charging, so I picked this up to compliment, primarily because the unit incorporates a cooling fan and inductive charging DOES generate heat..The fan itself is silent, and the charging field is pretty generous in size, I don't have to fiddle unduly to get the phone positioned properly to activate the charging function. Highly recommended.

It works well, however I am not sure if it’s faster than just having my phone connected directly to the adapter. I’m using this with my iPhone X (Yes, with an Apple device). I wish I had one with a stand, however. This is more for someone charging at bedtime.
