I was fortunate enough to be in the crowd at the outdoor ampitheater in Tampa when Sting and Annie Lennox did their concert there two years ago. Or was it three? Who cares? It was a timeless performance which mesmerized me from beginning to end. I'm now in the 55+ crowd, and although there were many of us there that night and it was getting past our bedtimes, we still managed to rock on. I was one of the last people to leave the concert that night simply because I was so thrilled with this performance. His video of Sacred Love was spectacular. You could feel the audience responding to this wholly and completely. The name of his tour with Annie, I think was called The Sacred Love Tour. I already owned the CD before the concert, so when I heard about it I got the best seats available. As with every Sting CD, it's nearly impossible to pick out a favorite song. They are all works of art...each and every one.Read full review
I have always love Sting's music ever since him being in The Police. I really bought this cd because I saw the video of Sting and Mary J. Blige together in in song Whenever I Say Your Name. This song is so great. I love it.
Nice work by Sting - interesting collaborations and some eastern influences. His voice is as beautifully entrancing as ever.
