I've tried the leading "Soundcrasher" card and had nothing but problems. This Pexsound pci-e device worked from the instant it was powered on, and hasn't hiccupped once for a few weeks now. A must-buy if you have a speaker system with analog inputs, just be sure you plug into the correct outputs, as there are two sets of black ones, side and rear.

I don't know how they do this but this cheep 24 bit 192Khz audio card with optical in & out does the job which it has to do. I have other much more expensive ones which fail specially in Windows 10 64 bit. No symetric analog in & out but that can be solved with an extra ground loop isolater.

sound card drops out every few weeks or so, I try reloading software but Windows 10 says" don't see C-media device". Tried soft reboot, power down, pull card out then replace still doesn['t see it. After hard reboot with card pulled out then restart with card in it usually will reload software/drivers (that downloaded from manufacturers web site) very frustraiting. Is this a Windows 10 problem or a card compatability problem? When it works it's fine but I think I'll just go with a different sound card
