The Space Ghost & Dino Boy DVD set features 2 double-sided discs packed with 420 minutes of classic high quality retro entertainment. Content includes 40 Space Ghost & 20 Dino Boy episodes made between 1966 & 1968, plus a special feature on artist Alex Toth on side 2 of disc 2. These shows hold up very well over time, providing plenty of nostalgia to old-school fans while holding the attention of younger viewers. Action is frequent as the characters experience a plethora of strange aliens, beasts & villains. The animation is at times quirky by modern standards, adding an extra element of amusement. Laugh as Jase takes a dig at Jan about her 'female' driving of the space coupe! (Creature King ep.). Spot brief inconsistencies such as Jase's alternate eye colour or Blip the monkey's different voice. Highly recommended for young kids & geeky fans of superhero retro awesomeness! :)Read full review
I enjoyed watching the adventures of Space Ghost and Dino Boy as a kid. Watching the dvd is like visiting old friends. With Space Ghost battling intergalactic enemies in the future to Dino Boy being trapped in prehistoric times battling tyrants and defending the helpless with Og the giant caveman and Bronty the brontosaurus, this dvd set carries young minds all across time.

When I was much younger, I used to watch the original adventures of Space Ghost as they were broadcast. My favorite villian was Metallis, who, unlike the others, was clever enough to figure out Space Ghost's invisibility mechanism and duplicate it. The adventures were short and, ultimately, silly. Three stories and commercials in 30 minutes mean each story's pretty short, just enough time to set up the problem and immediately show the solution. None of the stories will be very scary (or very memorable, for that matter), but they're a lot of light fun.
I bought the space ghost and dino boy complete series because as a kid I used to watch it on saturday mornings and I enjoyed watching it as a kid and even now. It takes me back to that time and I was a happy kid. I also wanted to become a cartoonist and I always compared styles of artistry and cartooning, thus I grew up observing as well as watching different styles of drawing
I love these blasts from the past from my childhood!
