If you're reading this listing then you probably know all about how legendary this display is and that it originally cost $2500. 

I purchased this GDM-FW900 display used from a computer store in 2007. I drove it from the store to my home and it has not moved since. It has not seen much use since I use my laptop for most things and I have used this display mainly to view photos.

As you can see from the photos the plastic has some nicks and scrapes. They were all there when I purchased this display. These displays were so hard to find even in 2007 that I was willing to buy a unit that  was not in cosmetic A+ condition. The actual glass has no scratches or nicks. This display delivers a stunning sharp CRT picture although it displays a few issues that I am aware of  that are common to the GDM-FW900. They are (1) the occasional losing focus then eventually snapping back to focus, and (2) the color losing calibration over time. You'll will need to calibrate this monitor at least once a year. Included for FREE is the Colorvision Spyder 2 CRT monitor calibrator ($150 new) that I use to calibrate this display.
