I bought the product with high hopes thinking it was a good bargain. But it turns out, it does not give accurate results. The balls coming at 67-68 mph registered only 54-55 mph. Total waste of my money!!

The radar is very inconsistent and way off calibration. You get what you pay for. If it worked everytime I could deal with it and use it for our players, but having to stop and check it just ruins our practices. Spend the money and buy a good quality radar set up!

Not sure if the product was bad or the company who sent it. The product was dusty when I received it and the product box was broken inside, like it was repackaged. Product never worked right when I tried it several times.

Had to open the box and insert a small tapepice, buttons is OK now. before this fix I had to press extremely hard to make a response. Now its normal. I do not know if this is by design or maybe just my item. Works OK.
