Shock Treatment (Rocky Horror Picture Show sequel) Janet and Brad become contestants on a game show... but wind up as captives instead. Well.... shock Treatment is a bazaar movie to say the least! Not the cult classic RHPS was thats for sure. But if your a RHPS fan and can pick it up cheap it's worth adding to your collection OR something to make your friends say what what hell was that pick up a coppy!

I love 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show'... So I obviously when I found out there was a sequel I thought it would be good also... It's SO horrible! God, it's just awful, the whole plot of the story is stupid, the music is really bad (singing isn't too great), n I just couldn't stay interested AT ALL... DEFINITELY wasted my money on this one!

Not the best movie for the average moviegoer, but it's a bit of a treasure to Rocky Horror fans like myself, so I figured I would own a descent copy, rather than the blurry & distorted copy that can be viewed on youtube for free. It doesn't follow the same storyline as "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," but rather, creates a spin-off story featuring Brad & Janet from the first film, who have returned to Denton in the hopes that maybe they can forget about their strange past experiences, only to find their town taken over by a crazed fast-food tycoon named Farley Flavors, who had the entire town converted into a reality TV channel, and encased in a city-sized television studio, dubbed D-TV. There, Brad is claimed as mentally ill, and sent to Dentonvale, the new insane asylum series featuring Cosmo Mckinley (Richard O'Brien, "Rocky Horror"/"Shock Treatment" writer), his sister, Nation Mckinley, their warden, Rest Home Ricky, and Nurse Ansalog. They place him in a straight jacket, sit him in a wheelchair, constantly drug him, and hold him in a giant birdcage. Meanwhile, Janet's ego is stroked constantly by Marriage Maze host Bert Schnick, and quickly becomes the local celebrity (and an extremely pompous bitch, too), and the only hope for Brad's release, if she could just get past her hot air balloon of an actor's ego. Music was written by Richard Hartley, and lyrics were written by Richard O'Brien.Read full review
Interesting movie but not a sequel to Rocky Horror. Has some of the original characters but this movie will never have the fan loyalty that Rocky Horror has.

Oh Toaster.. if you are a fan of quirky movies you'll like this one. And if you don't you'll end up bitchin' in the kitchen or crying in the bedroom all night. Those are movie references. You're welcome.
