This Schumacher inverter is a step up from the last model. It says 410w on the label and it does every bit of it. I have ran a 6.0 amp jigsaw on this little inverter with no low power alarm. The peak power says 800 watts. I ran it up to 720 watts before the low voltage alarm sounded. Very strong. All of my testing was with 4 AWG wire leads. Another nice feature is that the fan does not start until you pull power from the outlets. It comes with 1 USB outlet. If it had 2 USB outlets I would give it 5 stars. Overall this is a good strong quiet little inverter.

This product has never failed me. It stays in place and makes sure I never have to deal with a dying phone while on trips or while working. I keep a spare quick charger in the vehicle and it works like a charm. I've also used this for powering computers, a small air compressor, and a variety of other tools/toys

Before buying I could not find any reviews that told how long it would provide lighting So when I got it manual said it would last with a full charge car battery about 3 1/2 hours I tested it by running a shop light with( 2) 40 watt bulbs. I was able to have them on for 8 hours before the battery was completely dead. I have found thay now make a 10watt LED bulb that are much brighter than the curly bulbs (13 watt) that are supposed to be equal to a 60 old style . THe more expensive 10watt led are likely a better bargain in the long term
