Lost my First Sanyo 3810 model cell phone and needed another cell phone. Everything about this cell phone and my first Sanyo 3810 is what I want in a phone. I do not text and get online with a phone but us it to talk to people. Easy to carry with me at all times using a belt clip holder. Excellent voice reception and has a speaker phone when needed. I an very pleased with the purchase of this phone.

Sprint store has been closed for the last month. I called Sprint to activate today and the phone is sunsetted or disabled from the network. Can I get my money back? Scott.

I bought this phone for my 84yr old father and it is easy to use and has larger buttons than my moms att similar phone. It also has easy to press speakerphone & camera, but you can't tell them to many features because old people get confused easily. It is more polished and solid looking than all other flip types except the "razor" It has a cool tiny display on front for the time & notifications. it is easy to hold and not too fat. It is a perfect phone for anyone who wants a no-nonsense phone that is more based on functionality rather than "bells 7 whistles" features. It looks cool, not cheap or old fashioned. The screen is larger and the phone number selected is highlighted in bright orange, with easy to read text. If you just enter 7digits, the selected number does'nt scroll. this unit costs slightly over $120 new on ebay, but worth it because it's a polished unit, not a cheapo model.Read full review
I've used the Sanyo SCP-3810 for the last 4+ years and still going strong! First one lasted me 3+ years (accidentally dropped it for easily, the 50th time...extremely durable!) and now just as happy with my second one! Price is simply outstanding! It has EVERYTHING that you could want, especially if you are not someone who browses the internet constantly (it's not as fast as smartphone internet). That being said, it still has very usable and capable internet options (I use it everyday to check scores, read news articles, etc)! Where to begin? Best flip phone on the market in my honest opinion. And I've owned only flip phones for the last 14 years. Time on the outside of the phone is in big, legible numbers. If the time isn't showing on the outside, it means you have a missed notification on your phone, whether it's a text, call, update, etc! Simply click the button on the side or open the phone and see what you missed and the time will return. You also will see the red light blinking on the front case. There are also different size fonts to choose from for the phone and internet! Extremely fast texting for someone used to T9. I'll take it over a touch-screen any day! Stores 300 numbers (plenty). I love the setup for addresses and memos and ip addresses etc. I use this phone for the "favorite's" menu you can access immediately when opening the phone (top left button). Two button presses and you are anywhere in the phone you want to be! My brother has an iphone and he loves that I can flip open my phone and see who is calling me (phone number, location etc), without having to answering (press talk to answer feature). You can also send right to voicemail or respond with text etc. Clicking the button on the side of the phone silences the phone immediately (when someone is calling you or texting you) if you are nervous about having the phone volume high, but can't let it ring more than once. Phone takes amazing pictures for it's size. You can save 60-100 pictures. You can receive picture mail, add words to your T9 vocabulary (very easily). Phone has GPS for navigating around if you are lost (by car or pedestrian)! Speakerphone works fantastic and you talk with your phone closed on your lap, if you want to speak while driving. It also has bluetooth availability. Works seamlessly! Volume levels on the phone, from ringer to talking and listening, are fantastic! It has "navigation-keys" for the area surrounding the "menu/ok" button that you can set to things like calculator, calender, alarms (can set 5 different alarms!), or send message. It also has a countdown alarm to help keep track of time and a stopwatch for you runners out there! The phone and the numbers are easy to read in the dark, and the face gives off plenty of light! You can also set the phone to different power settings, based on your background, to save even more talk time and battery! I CHARGE MY PHONE EVERY 3-4 DAYS (most people I know have to charge their phones nightly)! Unless you talk for 5 hours a day, I promise you won't need to charge your phone daily. The phone is compact and extremely durable. The face of it is almost a protective case in itself. It can scratch or even crack and it won't affect the phone or it's productivity in the least! You can set favorites on the internet to navigate even quicker! It has "wireless backup" to backup ALL of your names, #'s, addresses, memos, etc. (might cost you 10 bucks a year with your provider. My 75 y/o mom can use it!Read full review
This was a replacement phone for my wife, who wanted to keep it simple. The mirro fits the bill, adding a quality look of sophistication, with a very simple keypad and accessories. She loves it. Charging took only a couple hours before programming the phone, which went smoothly. We ordered a couple covers the same day (haven't arrived as of 6 days later) for added protection, but alas, too late. I wiped the phone on my cotton shirt to remove my fingerprints, and scratched it! The extremely soft case must have protection. She loves the battery life, too. Excellent phone.
