Judy Rosenberg founded Rosie's Bakery in Cambridge in 1974. Judy promises to enrich your relationship with sweets. I have one huge sweet tooth so I doubt she can go much further with mine, but I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I found that most of the recipes I tried came out delicious, but a few were flops. This may have been my fault....we all have stressed out days. So to be fair, YES.....I would recommend this cookbook. If Judy wasn't such a good baker she wouldn't have opened a second and third store. I also strongly believe that you can not have too many books on sweets!
LOve this cookbook, has alot of recipes that i cannot wait to try the ingredients seem simple enough that i may actually have them on hand...Will be buying another one of these for friends...
I visited the bakery in Boston and I feel in love with all the goodies. When the books were published I purchased copies. Now I am purchasing copies for my daughter.
Enjoyed the book and have flagged many to try. It is an interesting collection of cookies that everyone will find a new recipe to enjoy.
